• For cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival, payments are refundable, with a 3-night penalty. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival date, payments will be totally non-refundable. During peak season, the above policies will apply for 90 days prior to arrival. All cancellations must be in writing! Travelers' insurance is highly recommended to cover any unexpected medical emergencies resulting in cancellations. • Clients are required to present a credit card prior to arrival as security against breakage and telephone usage. While it is, by no means, our intention to charge you any extra costs that are not due, we must protect our owner who kindly and trustfully offers us the opportunity to welcome you in our carefully selected apartments. • There is a $35 telephone service fee per two-week minimum stay for unlimited local ( Jerusalem ) usage. In addition, actual long distance usage will be charged to your credit card, based on itemized bills from Bezeq. • There is a one-time exit fee of $85 to help ensure that the apartment is left for the next occupants in the same beautiful condition as you found it. • All prices mentioned are based on a two-week minimum stay. Check in time for the apartment is 4 PM. Check out time is 10 AM. • It is understood that the kitchens will be used according to kosher dietary laws. • Please remember that these apartments are located in residential buildings, and consideration must be given to the neighbors. It is expected that guests will act accordingly, especially at night, in terms of noise and activity. • Without prior approval, no parties
(e.g. Kiddushim, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Brissim, Sheva Brachot, etc.) can be
hosted. If approval is granted, there is an additional $300 charge. |
